Cancellation Policy

Since our teachers set their schedules well in advance, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a private session. Less than 24 hour notice will require a charge of one half of the rate of the appointment. If a student cannot make a group session such as an SAT class, we do our best to provide an opportunity for the student to make up a missed session with another group. However, if there are no available group options, private make up sessions for missed classes will be provided at our regular hourly rate. There are no refunds for missed classes.
